These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Auxility, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the CatchMile mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on iOS and Android devices that you own or control, for your own use, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service or the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
- You may not use the App to break the law, to track another person without their consent, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App.
3. What the App does — and does not do
The App records drives using your phone's location and motion sensors, lets you classify them, and shows an estimated dollar value for work miles at the IRS standard mileage rate for each drive's date. It does not track income, file taxes, record expenses, or connect to any gig platform.
4. Not tax, legal or accounting advice
Dollar values, rates and reports in the App and on catchmile.com are estimates for your records and planning. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. Whether a given mile is deductible, and which method you should use, depends on your situation — consult a qualified tax professional. IRS rates are shown as published by the IRS for each period; we are not responsible for changes the IRS makes.
5. Accuracy and your records
Automatic tracking depends on your phone, its operating system, its settings and the permissions you grant. Phones can stop background apps, GPS can be imprecise, and a drive can be missed or measured imperfectly. The App checks its own tracking and shows you in the App when it has stopped, but it cannot guarantee that every drive is recorded or that every distance is exact. You are responsible for reviewing your drives, correcting or adding them where needed, and keeping the records the IRS requires.
6. Subscriptions, the free tier and auto-renewal
- Free tier. Automatic tracking, the tracking guard, dollar values and manual editing are free. The free tier shows your first 40 drives over the life of your account. Drives after the 40th are still recorded and kept; they become visible with a subscription.
- Subscription. A subscription unlocks paid features as described in the App at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy (in the United States, currently $13.99 per month or $139.99 per year) and may vary by country and change over time.
- Free trial. If a free trial is offered and you turn it on, the subscription starts at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (iOS) or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions (Android). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Your data when a subscription ends. We do not delete your drives when a subscription ends or lapses.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, which decide refunds. See our Refund Policy.
8. Your account
If you create an account, keep your sign-in email secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may ask us to delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
9. Apple standard EULA
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. If any term here conflicts with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Apple's standard EULA applies to the extent of the conflict. It is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auxility, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, tax benefits or deductions, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if greater.
12. Trademarks
CatchMile is an independent app by Auxility, Inc. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, Instacart, Walmart, Amazon, Shipt, or Grubhub. Platform names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the work a driver does.
Apple, App Store and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. IRS is used to refer to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service; we are not affiliated with it.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware for any dispute arising from these Terms or the App.
14. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be shown by updating the date above and, where appropriate, in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
